v1.2.2 Changed tiktok api

This is a MUST patch release, the old TikTok API is not working. So about this release:

• The primary update is to upgrade the new API to make TikTok link parser work again.
• Comes with several minor commits, including refactored download logic and task management logic. They are for the next release feature pause/resume/skip task, but I'd like to deliver them to users first.

I got some helpful suggestions from @viking1304 and @Evil0ctal , I very much appreciate them, and nice to work together.

Sorry for I build v1.2.0 with developer console on, this emergency release only turn off the developement console for V1.2.0.

v1.2.0 Support for new TikTok share url

In this release, there are 2 new changes:

• The filename will be created without any tags like #tiktok, #dance, etc., and the upload date would be added to the file name for reference.
• Supports the new https://vm.tiktok.com/xxxxx share links.

V1.1.1 is release. Please update this version to download Tiktok video.
