Building for macOS

There is experimental support for macOS, in lieu of nicer instructions for now, one can follow what the CI action for macOS does - https://github.com/Taiko2k/Tauon/blob/master/.github/workflows/build_macOS.yaml

If you simply want to get a DMG and 7.9.0+ which should start to ship with them was not released yet, you can grab one by means of using a Development build
