PDF form text only visible when clicked (single field at a time)

Once I click on another field the first field I had clicked on goes back to original text.

Could you upload the corresponding pdf formular which have this issue?

Here are a few of the files that the software put out. It has the proper fields filled out but I am unable to see the proper filling until I click on the field box. Then once I click onto another text field the non selected field reverts back to the way it was before I clicked on it.
