First updates to the Awesome List in 3 years!

Noteworthy:

• Added a TLP Learning Resources sections with links to online tutorials and talks
• Split resources into sub-categories of standards and ontologies
• Added some noteworthy awesome references

Discussion thought: how do you make this really big? I'd like to add several papers I've read over the past 3 years with some sorting, but how to manage a bibliography?
