In addition to pinning the RStudio version, makes the change here to only use bioc 3.11 and devel (3.10 is based on old rocker image setup and does not contain the install-rstudio script). closes #124

In recent versions of RStudio, the
/rstudioendpoint redirects to a non-existent URL. After a few tries it eventually brings up RStudio, but it's not clear why. The discussion here suggests that it's an RStudio version problem. The rocker stack overwrites the images with recent versions of RStudio installed so it's not obvious how to go back to a working version without overwriting RStudio explicitly in the build.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
