are always returned with theNA
value within the factor levels, which is sometimes a bit confusing to use, for example, see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9021364/subset-a-factor-by-na-levels.We could change this, so that they are only returned as a factor level when they are clearly stated in the lookup table, e.g.
0 => NA
