I was able to test Debian, Windows x64, and Mac M1, and they all work well.
Removes all the launchers and adds versions that launch the new Tachidesk-Launcher
Debian and Linux include regular tachidesk-server launchers for headless environments.
Also updated Dex2Jar due to build errors.
