[Request] Private message on join

Any chance of a trigger that sends each user that joins the chat a private message, with a cache so it doesn't spam people would be nice.

I'll probably work on this as soon as I'm done with the translate module. Do you want it to only message the person on the first time they join? Or message team each time they join forever?

I think just once would be ok.

Will add a setting soon for timeouts so it doesn't spam people in private. In the meantime, the previous (untested) commit should allow you to have the bot send the messages in private.

Took awhile but finally got round to adding it but I can only get the adding a status to work it doesn't seem to trigger when someone joins.
