Follow up from #10 #13, produce a PDF version of the 2019 V2 report.

Looking at https://www.npmjs.com/package/markdown-pdf for this year's production pipeline, and Drone CI for CI tooling.

In State-of-the-Edge#55 there's an overall goal (produce a PDF). This drone file is the first step of that.

There is now a working beta of this at https://github.com/vielmetti/glossary/releases/tag/v2.0.0-beta.3 using PDFs generated by Drone Cloud using Pandoc. #56 has the PR.

Still to do: configure CI #13 and configure a linter for the Markdown.

I still intend to do this for 2020, but 2019 has passed, so I'm closing this item.
