In version 1.6.5:

  • Added spectra to calculate the score of geneset
  • Added Starfysh to integrates spatial transcriptomic and histologic data
  • Added dotplot using pycomplexheatmap to visualize the marker of cells. Celltype as group information. @DBinary

@DBinary Please test that the functions in the preprocessing tutorial support the latest versions of anndata and pandas(larger than 2.0).
