according to the wireshark commit the manuf file is very very outdated, which is the reason why it was removed. instead wireshark now pulls the IEEE csv file and generates a manuf file that is as up to date as possible. instead of applying this PR - if wireshark is installed, it is enough to run this python3 update_manuf.py -o oui.h -s -u file:///usr/share/wireshark/manufthe location of the manuf file might be different on your linux though... |
