Since SoftwareCarpentryLessonManager/shell-based-bc@a97e40f0d (Add
dependencies, 2014-07-22), there has been a .bowerrc file in
shell-based-bc that makes '.' the default Bower-install directory.

In the "Adding dependencies to your lesson" section, there's another
instance of '--config.directory=.'. I haven't dropped *that* one
though, since it's unclear if the repository in question already has a
.bowerrc setting 'directory' or not. I'd like to just suggest folks
create such a .bowerrc whenever they add their first dependency, and
drop all occurrences of --config.directory from the docs.
Do we really expect folks to read through these? I think they just
make things look more complicated than they actually are, and would
rather focus on the commands themselves.
