the mini prebuild version for Socks5BalancerAsio.
mini build with : (on archlinux x64)
cmake -DMINI_BUILD_MODE=1 .
make
this means, no TestConnect, only pure LoadBalance without smart backend detect.
useful on listen at multi port then stream all tcp connect to a single backend.
