  • Fix v2 tests in coordination with the recent on-chain codes.
  • Add smoke tests for register agent by system-frontend calls and transact from P->E from that agent.
  • Add smoke tests for register PNA by system-frontend calls and transfer to Ethereum.

Requires: vgeddes/polkadot-sdk#6
