Grant Privileges to Application

As per the question title, how do we grant privileges to applications ?
For example, granting a warehouse usage or create table on a specific schema to an application.

The closest I could find is snowflake_grant_privileges_to_account_role which has this note: When granting privileges on applications (for example, the default "SNOWFLAKE" application) use on_account_object.object_type = "DATABASE" instead.
But I believe that's for granting applications to account role, as opposed to granting privileges to applications.

Is this an unsupported feature currently or am I missing something ? Thanks in advance for the answers.

Yes, granting privileges to applications is something that we have to add to the provider, for the time being, it can be replaced by a more manual approach by using the execute resource (then you can migrate to the dedicated resource using our migration guide). Currently, I don't have any eta on when this resource could be added.
