This is a test release for people to try it out and to see if/what is needed. Do not include it in any modpacks yet (or tell me if you urgently need it). Currently supports vanilla and Tinkers' Construct (only harvestlevels).

Requires JAVA 8 and a dev version of Mantle.
Does NOT require Tinkers Construct.

Once you start up, and it finds no/empty configs, it'll populate them with defaults. Configs are found in the HarvestTweaks subfolder. Blocks marked with harvest level -1 have that tool set, but do not require a tool to harvest it. If you set it to 0 you will NOT be able to harvest them without tool.

Block config takes precedence over oredict config.
