Releases: SkyeOfBreeze/controller-for-rvr
v1.3.3
v1.3.2
- Fixes to timeouts
- Automatically stop the bot when the current controller gets disconnected for any reason
v1.3.0 (See issues below)
Bug fixes:
- Moving the robot will now wake it up if it needs to be awoken, since the new firmware has auto sleep functionality
Known issues:
- keeping a direction held for more than a second using a gamepad will cause it to time out. The previous version may not have this issue
Release 1.2.0
Fixes:
- Drastically improved connection speeds on devices on API 23 and above. (Android 6.0.0)
- Improved device scanning speed
- Reconnect flow has been changed to be handled manually, since the auto connect api is buggy
Release 1.1.0
-
Add bluetooth request dialog instead of enabling bluetooth right away when the bluetooth icon is hit. This improves stability of the app, since the system validates that bluetooth was turned on instead of an arbitrary delay. There were cases that slower devices took longer than the timeout to enable bluetooth, and would ask you to hit the button again
-
Disconnect from current device when scanning for a new one
-
Allow Remo.TV one way messages to be received when app is in background
-
Add a menu option for keeping the screen awake when a device is connected
-
Improve the code of settings for speed. Old settings may be lost, but no noticeable improvement was made
Release 1.0.2
-
Prevent crashes on devices due to missing bluetooth low energy support.
-
Lock the device into portrait mode when using the app
-
Add privacy policy link of what data this app collects https://btelman.org/privacy/controller-for-rvr.html
