Gitops InstallPlan Approver

Allow for the auto approval of operators install plan during an argo driven gitops deploy when usinging manual upgrade method.

Inspiration for this was taken from https://github.com/redhat-cop/gitops-catalog/tree/main/installplan-approver however the purpose differes slightly. While the Install PLan Apporver will approve all install plans in a namespace this one targets a single operator.

Usage

Add the following kustomization.yaml into a folder and refer to it from the main Operator Kustomise location

Sync Waves

This repo manke use of Sync Waves to have Objects apply in the correct order by deafult it is set to 1 therefor for any manifest that you would like to have run after the Operator is installed will need the following Annotaion.
