This PR adds parsing of the pre- and post-transaction-lines metadata, meaning users can now put the full files into
ofxstatementwithout manual trimming (and without manually entering the currency). It also adds parsing code for "DATUM PROVEDENÍ TRANSAKCE" info that seems to be present for every card transaction.
