This PR creates a page dedicated to metadata connections, and links to that page from the pages which mention fabrics.
These two files were used to create this PR, conversations in #product-connections, as well as what currently exists in the product.
Connections PRD
Unified Data Catalog is a concept that is being worked on for 3.3, and we agreed to wait on the documentation until the concepts are more integrated into the product.
Earlier Connections doc
Edit: This doc was used to guess at the permissions required.
NOTE to Anya: create the doc PR, ask Eng to verify the permissions needed, and only THEN should I confirm. Since that will take some days, I should work on the other doc tasks like the SQL pages in the meantime.
Update: confirmed with Chanchal that these permissions are ok.
