Installation Instructions

Click this link
Unzip "HFM-Development.zip"
Extract "HFM" Folder & "HFM.mod" into "Steam\steamapps\steamapps\common\Victoria 2\mod"
Activate HFM in your Victoria 2 Launcher
DO NOT ACTIVATE HPM, HFM IS MEANT TO BE RUN AS STANDALONE

Minimods

Cosmetic Mini Mods

Cosmetic mini mods don't alter gameplay, only cosmetics such as flags, maps style, flag frames, and country colors.

Flavour Mini Mods

Flavour mini mods add things that do alter gameplay, such as events, decisions, cultures, etc.
