WHY are these changes introduced?
We have a Slackbot announcing Hydrogen releases in the Partner Slack:
Right now it runs on any release, occasionally leading to duplicate announcements.
This update examines the
publishedPackagesoutput to determine whether@shopify/hydrogenis included in the release before triggering the Slackbot.This one's tricky to test without releasing. Ran some tests here (with Hydrogen included) and here (without Hydrogen included) using this workflow.
