Select folders & files separately and specific

I want to do the following:
I have several folders and files in the root folder, but I want to sort them differently and individually.

The files should be individually sorted and pushed to the top, followed by the folders, which should also be individually sorted, for example:

Homepage.md
Projekte.md
Aufgaben.md
Dokumentenkorb
Projekte
Aufgaben
Dokumentenausgang
etc.

Is there a way to distinguish between files and folders in the settings file and then establish a fixed order?
