I am able to navigate to the dashboard page through the profile dropdown when logged in as an admin or creator.
Just something I noticed that is unrelated to this PR is that I am routed to the creator page when I log in as a user, so users can also access the dashboard page in this way.

This PR creates a placeholder dashboard page. This page is available through a link in the profile dropdown, which is only accessible to admins and creators who are logged in.
