Datasets from pre-23feb23 HRDPS west atmospheric forcing files have wind component coordinates attributes that we don't need, so delete them. Datasets from 23feb23 onward HRDPS continental atmospheric forcing files don't have wind component coordinates attributes, and that's okay.
