Captured before update to Python 3.11 and metpx-sarracenia 2.22.10.post2.
It appears to have been added for sarracenia's transition from (now unmaintained) amqplib package to newer amqp fork. sarracenia docs no longer show use of ``[amqp]`` option for `pip install`
