Description
The
_appcomponent was written in a way that if you don't provide a target locale to be used in the intl provider, the provider will error out as the configuration is invalid.To be safe we should always use the default locale as the target is one isn't provided. NOTE: when I say default locale, I'm not talking about the default locale as defined in the projects site configuration, I'm talking about the locale in which the default messages are written in, you can think of this as the source locale. This value is guaranteed to work even if you don't provide messages to the provider since it's the same locale as the default messages.
