Apply missing &r tags on FACTION_LEAVE TL
JDA v3.x has been deprecated and out of support for well over a year and should not be used. The JDA v3 lib could randomly stop working at any point and migration to v4 should be performed ASAP. Everything to know about migration of 3.x to 4.x is well documented on their official wiki: https://github.com/DV8FromTheWorld/JDA/wiki/0%29-Migrating-to-V4
