长度单位区分

https://github.com/ustctug/ustcthesis/issues/4 根据这个讨论，LaTeX里面的磅数对应单位为 bp。不过和pt的视觉差异应该不大。

  1. pt: 欧美传统排版的长度单位 1 inch = 72.27 pt
  2. bp: PostScript等电子排版领域中point都是bp，1 inch = 72 bp
