- small change to `code` scss in `typography.scss` - match `$breakpoint-helper` default name to decanter default `$media-XX` - change `$section` to `$container` in `_responsive-container.scss` for consistency - reorder `centered-container` parameter order.
…(shea, you can control how many columns are displayed in a given grid-visual. That might help show some of your layout examples better)
changed `_adjust-container-margin` and `_adjust-container-padding` to calc from 100% instead of 100vw (vw units can have unpredictable results)
