Handling spam Pull Requests

Spam Pull Requests are bad, they waste time and resources, take time away from a developer to review, and look bad. This is why when you see a spam PR, it's best to close it as soon as possible.
Here are some ways to identify if a PR is spam:
- Assess Account Credibility: If the account in question lacks history or this PR appears to be its sole activity, it is likely spam.
- Verify Origin and Relevance: If it appears to be promoting a product or service not associated with SSW, it is likely spam.
Before closing a PR that you think is spam, get it checked by someone else first.
