Learn how to use Play framework and Heroku.
Learn how to write HTML and use a database.
Set up the project and it is online on Heroku.
Create HTML templates of log in, main menu, team list, description of each teams and voting pages.
Design a database for user account and team's description.
Show teams list and description which receive from the database.
Complete UC2, 3.
