Vision Document
Exceed Camp is held during school holiday for computer and software engineering students to improve and develop their programming skills and understand how to cooperate in team. The students are randomly divided into groups and join the activities during the camp. They work for a project and present it within 24 hours. After finishing to present the project, each team shows their work in the exhibition and participants in Exceed Camp give vote to the best project. Last year vote function provided computers. Participants needed to walk to the computer, queued up and gave votes.
Problem which occurred last year was some of students did not join the activity and stay in their team. They just walk to give votes without looking around the exhibition. For this year, instructor wants every students have to walk around the exhibition and participate in other projects. Instructor has requested a vote application which can be used by smartphone. Students can vote while they are walking. This will improve the security of system because one person can vote to each team one time and cannot cheat the votes. The result of the vote must be correctly calculated.

- Web application which is able to run on any browser
- Only member in the team can edit their description and screenshot
- One voter can rate score for each team
- Voter can change their vote before time is up
- There are 3 types of voter: Instructor, CPE and SKE students (year 1 & 2), guest
- Use QR code for verify checkpoint, so voter can see information and start voting that group.

- Vote time can only be edited by administrator
- Announce the best team from each categories after the vote is end
- Have timer pop up that show time limit for voting and it can change position by hold and drag it to other position
- Voter have to unlock the vote function before giving vote. Therefore they need to walk around the exhibition.
- Voter can make score each project through his/her device
