Último ponto, porque não usar a 16 que é a última versão stable que será mantida até Nov/2028 ??? https://www.postgresql.org/support/versioning/

A ideia foi facilitar o dump do banco de dados quando estiver no docker, e fixar a versão do banco para não ocorrer problemas futuros.
