8 add committee section

I've made the styling and layout of the committee part of the landing page.

Some remarks:

• Might want to make About an dropdown in the NavBar which include Committee (maybe also Accessibility)
• Pictures are only me, because it is still in development, same counts for the links of LinkedIn & emails. We can change that easy, ones we have the pictures of everybody. Also, the links per person can be placed to the members array. Which can be found at Committee.svelte
