Appearance

• Make the menu bar more prominent. The Icons and labels should be emphasized.

• Feedback form shall be made available only to internal users

• Minimize the spacing before and after texts/paragraphs; as well as in between icons

• Put TOTAL as label in the column adjacent/opposite the total amount.

• Display minimum specifications in a tabular form (table)

• Provide space for signature of the signatories

• Comma (,) on all currency displays

• Remove the Disapprove button

• Exchange (+) and (-) buttons’ positions

Functionality

• In the matrix of bidders, highlight the header where the name of bidders appear OR put it over a light gray background

• Attachment of resolution and award letter in Award page

• 30 days after the award to winning bidders, a notification shall be sent to the requesting user to accomplish a feedback form about the winning bidder’s performance

• Aside from Inviting bidders online, invites should also be sent through e-mail.

EMU must set the deadline first before he can invite -> while deadline is not set “Invite” button is deactivated

• In online submission of proposal, the supplier must also specify the unit price of the item they are bidding on aside from the total price which depends on the quantity requested.

Unit price is more important to be specified by the supplier. Just derive the total amount by multiplying the unit cost by the quantity needed

• Alert for invited suppliers to submit/attach formal quotation

• Submitted formal quotations shall also be automatically sent to [email protected]
