Bump async and @vue/cli-plugin-e2e-cypress in /scadalts-ui

Removes [async](https://github.com/caolan/async). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@vue/cli-plugin-e2e-cypress](https://github.com/vuejs/vue-cli/tree/HEAD/packages/@vue/cli-plugin-e2e-cypress). These dependencies need to be updated together.
