Launch of pytom with GUI and GPU support

Launch of pytom v1 with GUI and GPU support.

Main features:
• GUI with full pipeline and project management
• GPU support reconstruction, template matching, real-space subtomgram alignment and CPCA classification
• simplified installation via miniconda environment
• WarpM/RELION integration with xml-to-star conversion and IMOD integration with alignment import

Soon to be expected:
• GUI support for project IMOD import
• import of WarpM's 3DCTF in subtomogram processing

We are there finally: Gijs finalised a version with working GUI and GPU support.

PyTomGui launch

The main new feature of this (pre!) release is the PyTom GUI. Furthermore, the following improvements / bug-fixes are in:

• Binning option now supported in auto-focused classification AC3D
• Binning option now supported in FRM alignment
• Normalization of ‘normalized cross correlation’ fixed
• CTF correction via IMOD supported in PyTom GUI as default
• bug in CPCA output folders fixed
• Reduced tilt angles supported in GUI
• Unit tests included
