Started on map builder and side menu.
Added side bar with required buttons. Implemented such that new furniture types will also be added as buttons.
Add labels to side menu.

Closes #63. The elements of the side menu are present. And functionality of selecting map builder. Will continue to work such that the user can use the side menu select the areas to draw on the canvas. Again, improvement recommendations are welcome. Thanks
