I am having the same error running php8.3 on a lemp server. Is this getting fixed or how can I fix it myself?

I was able to make this plugin work with Matomo 5.1.0, and I have added two options:

• Your IPRegistry.co access token
• Default service
• in the general settings.
  Please check this and let me know if you have any Problem or suggestion
