Reverted back to default calculation for flowtime break on long break. Now the pomodoro and flowtime breaks are completely independent, meaning flowtime has no consideration for long/short break intervals or pomodoro cycles, but the plugin still keeps track of cycles in case the user toggles back from flowtime to pomodoro.
