This is part of a diploma thesis for Antonín Wingender.

It is a voting app that uses Hyperledger Fabric to facilitate voting on blockchain. App is inspired by https://github.com/IBM/evote but heavily changed and improved.

It is definitely not final and still in progress. There is no (real) admin authentication for example.
