Given poultry was added as of CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA#70934, the existing iteration of "bird meat" I added to the mod is now obsolete/redundant.

I plan to remove "bird meat" and update existing recipes in favor of that, sometime after 0.H.

Hmm probably PR some of the mod's recipes to base cdda too
