display a version selector when opening a project and the version of unity isn't installed #16

currently when i double click a project and the unity version isn't on the machine it'll display an error.
instead it should display the list of unity editors that's installed and offer to change the unity version, like unity hub

If the editor for a project is not installed, prompt the user to pick a different one
