What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Add OLED model info & replacement recommendation into Documentation.
What is the current behavior?
There is no detailed info about OLED although in some models it's relatively easy replaceable.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

HardwareIssues.mdTroubleshootingdocument with additional section addressing OLED model info, its replacement & recommendations.Other information:
During scouting the opened issues, I saw more than one mention about dead OLED. Since there is a separate document dedicated to hardware issues already anyway, I think that info about OLED model
& its replace-abilityshould be mentioned there.
