Add a note about USB autosuspend preventing firmware updates via
dfu-util
for the Pinecil to the flashing instructions for Linux. I stumbled over the problem from #1148 and it took me some time to find the issue with the solution. Thus, I think this belongs into the troubleshooting section of the documentation. Credits and thanks to @slackista for figuring this out and @edubxb for the udev rules.
