2 RQT Plugins for ALeRT's spot. One to control spot's estop. Another one is used to control the debug console.
These plugins work for a remote PC. For local testing, use tmux local wrapper (TmuxLocalWrapper) instead of ssh wrapper (TmuxSSHWrapper).
