- Add helper file occupancy_common.hh with parameterized templates
- Implement tests for hipModuleOccupancyMaxActiveBlocksPerMultiprocessor
- Implement tests for hipModuleOccupancyMaxPotentialBlockSize
- Modify CMakeLists.txt to include compilation of simple_kernel.code
