Release v1.0.0

Version 1.0.0 of the TravelMate app, as it was shown on the class. This is the first and the last release of it lmao.

The iOS version isn't released, since an Apple Developer Account is needed (and we won't pay $99, sorry Apple). Use the Expo Go app, as per README.
