Summary
This PR includes the mind class to the entity workflow, to better separate what owns what. As the Soul is not restricted to one mind, and the Mind is not restricted to one entity. This also reorganizes a bit how the stamina system works, along with bringing a new way of getting UI objects. Also fixes lobby issues.
